Wells, septic tanks, drainage
Wells, septic tanks, drainage: describe the task, scope, location and preferred time.
What to agree
Before work starts, agree the scope, price and preferred time. Clarify what the provider will bring, what you need to prepare and how any additional costs will be approved.
What to prepare
Scope; location; desired result; preferred time and budget.
Several tasks in one request
Describe related tasks in the same request. Include the order of stages, preferred deadlines and a contact person. Agree the scope, price and acceptance of each stage before it starts.
How pricing works
The price depends on scope, materials and travel. Add details and a budget if you have one. Price and timing are agreed separately; submitting a request does not confirm a visit.
